Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BearZip (hereinafter "the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any of the points, do not use the Platform.

BearZip is a marketplace for apps developed by third parties. Developers ("Sellers") can publish their apps and users can purchase and play them in sandbox from the browser. BearZip acts as a technological intermediary; Sellers are solely responsible for the content, functionality, licensing and support of their apps. App source code is never delivered to buyers.

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• The information provided must be truthful and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity carried out from your account.
• You must verify your email before being able to sign in.

Payments are processed via Stripe. BearZip does not store card data. The PRO subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel it at any time; you will keep access until the end of the billed period.

• Uploading malware, backdoors or code designed to harm third-party systems.
• Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, non-consensual or illegal sexual content.
• Attempting to breach Platform security (rate-limit bypass, DDoS attacks, mass scraping).
• Automating accounts or generating fraudulent traffic to apps.

The Platform offers a sandbox environment to try apps. This environment runs with limited resources and expires automatically. It is forbidden to attempt to escape the container, access host resources or attack other sandbox instances.

BearZip is offered "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BearZip will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of the Platform or third-party apps.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or functional changes. We will notify you by email 14 days in advance if the change is substantial.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.
